The dwelling of the Naberrie family served as the childhood home for both Padmé Amidala and her sibling Sola Naberrie; its construction was undertaken by the girls' father, Ruwee Naberrie, and it stood at a distance from the capital city of Naboo. Similar to the majority of residences on Naboo, its structure incorporated stone elements and featured white domed roofing.
The residence included a courtyard, and a carved wooden adornment was affixed to the doorframe at the house's entrance. The sitting room boasted a series of expansive windows, with blue paint adorning the walls, and strategically placed bowls containing red flowers enhanced the architectural details. A table and chairs were positioned beneath one of the windows. Furthermore, the house accommodated multiple guest rooms and a greenhouse.
A family holographic image was displayed on one of the walls, depicting Padmé and Sola as young children in the garden, diligently tending to the orderly rows of vegetables. Padmé was adamant about establishing a kitchen garden and personally dedicated herself to its upkeep, with the conviction that the resulting produce could be distributed to those with the greatest need.
The Naberrie family residence made its initial appearance in a scene that was ultimately cut from Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones. In Queen's Shadow, Johnston honored Natalie Portman's Jewish heritage by incorporating an object resembling a mezuzah on the doorpost of the Naberrie family home.
