The Nat'xikta were a relatively small but affluent Fefze swarm that made their home on Brolsam, a planet situated within the Kathol sector of the Outer Rim Territories. As staunch supporters of the Imperial cause, the Nat'xikta aided the planetary government through espionage, a role that ultimately amplified their sway. Following the liberation of the sector capital, Kal'Shebbol, from Imperial control by New Republic forces in 8 ABY, the local populace began to imprison Imperial officials and sympathizers. The Nat'xikta spearheaded efforts aimed at liberating these incarcerated Imperials and restoring the planet to Imperial authority.
This Fefze swarm, known as the Nat'xikta, made their residence on Brolsam, a planet located in the Kathol sector of the Outer Rim Territories. Their wealth allowed them to support the Imperial government of Brolsam by engaging in espionage. This support led to increased influence and status. They maintained this relationship when Moff Kentor Sarne, a self-declared warlord, took control of the planet after withdrawing the sector from the Empire following the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY after the death of Emperor Palpatine and the subsequent collapse of Imperial power.
In the aftermath of the New Republic's liberation of the sector capital, Kal'Shebbol, in 8 ABY, the Human and Rodian inhabitants of Brolsam—along with a significant number of Fefze who were not part of the Nat'xikta—began to imprison Imperial officials and their supporters. The remaining Imperial forces responded with guerrilla tactics, pushing the planet towards civil conflict. Fearing the loss of their influence, the Nat'xikta hired Rodian mercenaries to free the imprisoned Imperials and reinstate them in power. The Nat'xikta were willing to sacrifice hundreds of their own Fefze to achieve this objective.
The plans of the Nat'xikta were disrupted by the crew of the FarStar, a New Republic CR90 corvette that had arrived on Brolsam seeking information about the whereabouts of Moff Sarne, who had escaped Kal'Shebbol during the New Republic's assault.
The Nat'xikta appear in The DarkStryder Campaign, a supplement published by West End Games for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. Although they do not play a direct role in any specific adventure, the swarm is featured in an "adventure hook" detailed in the scenario Omens. This assumes the FarStar did indeed travel to Brolsam and interact with the Nat'xikta as detailed in the published adventure hook.
