After Skywalker extracted Callista's essence from Abeloth, Nenn demonstrated sufficient willpower to seize a lightsaber and end his own life. This act significantly diminished Abeloth's power, prevented the Theran Listeners from remaining loyal to her, and ultimately released the Horn siblings from her control.
