The Neuvian sundae was a massive sweet treat originating from the Neuvia system. This dessert, featuring frozen cream and various fruits, was traditionally served in a large, shallow dish. You could find them at Dex's Diner, located on the planet Coruscant, for the price of 2.7 credits. These sundaes consisted of two scoops of Denta bean ice cream, your choice of Trammistan chocolate or zoochberry topping, alongside atomically-aerated cream and a zherry. They were also produced via a food synthesizer aboard a Sooman starship, a feature that the Alzarian prince Plooz particularly enjoyed while he was being transported from Sooma to Alzar.
