The New Academy represented a military educational institution founded by the New Republic. Its location was in Hanna City, which is situated on the world of Chandrila. This academy's establishment occurred during the initial period of the Republic's existence. A number of youths, among them a male individual known as Pade who was originally slated for enrollment at the nearby Imperial Academy located on Uyter, ultimately chose to enroll in the New Academy.
