Following House Mecetti's destructive actions against House Pelagia, control of the New Javis system shifted to House Calipsa. Regarding population size within Calipsa Province, this system was second, being surpassed only by Calipsa proper. With the rise of the New Order, Calipsa Province incorporated the system.
