This skyscraper exhibited a robust architectural style and displayed three prominent flags near its top, each bearing a sigil of the New Republic. Inside, a parole office served participants in the New Republic Amnesty Program. Its design echoed that of the structure that contained both Colonel Tuttle's workspace and a New Republic archival office.
