A Zabrak male, Oggo, held the position of leader within the Starbolts, a criminal organization with its headquarters located on Asylum. Oggo found himself in conflict with Tanno Vik, the head of the rival Blast Crew syndicate, regarding dominance over the Free Zone's illicit trading activities, which they resolved through armed confrontation. In the year 3631 BBY, Oggo's life came to an abrupt end at the hands of HK-55 and the Commander, paving the way for Vik to seize control of the Free Zone. However, Vik's rule was short-lived due to the subsequent assault on Asylum by the Eternal Fleet.
Oggo's character is featured in Chapter 6: Asylum of Star Wars: The Old Republic: Knights of the Fallen Empire, with Erik Todd Dellums providing the voice acting.
