Okko

Okko, known ceremoniously as the Great Okko, held the position of tribal leader for the Ysanna people residing on Ossus. He was celebrated as the most powerful individual to wield the Force within his tribe's lineage. He was a combatant in the Battle of Ossus. Furthermore, he was the father to both Jem and Rayf Ysanna. Okko's paternal grandfather was the one who initially found the Great Jedi Library located on Ossus, but he chose to conceal its existence to protect it from potential plunderers.

Following the conclusion of that battle, Okko, along with two fellow Ysanna shamans, found themselves encased in carbonite by the forces serving Emperor Palpatine. The Emperor's objective was to exploit the tribe as a means of combating the genetic deterioration affecting his final clone. Luke Skywalker uncovered his imprisonment and transport to Vjun, specifically to the clone facility within Bast Castle. Regrettably, the carbonite blocks lacked the necessary controls for release, leading him to seek a confrontation with the Emperor in hopes of securing Okko's freedom. However, fate was unkind to Okko, as Palpatine met his demise before divulging the secret to unlocking the carbonite slabs.
