Palla Mazlin was a Jedi of the Togruta female persuasion. She was in service to the Jedi Order during the period of the Galactic War, a conflict that pitted the Galactic Republic against the newly awakened Sith Empire.
Palla Mazlin was brought in by Doctor Tan Kirin to eliminate smokescreen, a poisonous gas created by Ardus Industries, amidst the invasion of Corellia's surface by the Sith Empire. In her battles with the Imperial military, she sustained injuries while failing to stop the Empire from seizing rebel supply depots. To aid the Corellian resistance, before going back to Tython, she tasked a Republic squad to recover the stolen medkits, shield emitters, barricades, and various other provisions.
