Pax Aurora was a venture undertaken by the Galactic Empire. The documentation for this venture was secured within the vault located in the Citadel Tower on the planet Scarif. A reference to it was discovered by Tenzigo Weems within a captured data transmission originating from the Balmorra relay, which he then communicated to Davits Draven.
