Tenzigo Weems served under General Davits Draven at the Alliance to Restore the Republic's base, located in the Great Temple on Yavin 4, as a male human technician specializing in Signals Intelligence. As part of a team, he worked to decode communication signals from throughout the galaxy. After analyzing data intercepted from the Balmorra relay, he discovered classified Imperial project names and informed Draven of his discoveries. Private Weems monitored the advancement of Operation Fracture as it moved from Jedha to Eadu. Furthermore, he notified Chancellor Mon Mothma upon intercepting an Imperial message which indicated that the Battle of Scarif was triggered by the actions of Rogue One, a squad. Subsequently, he detected a communication from Lieutenant Caluan Ematt, who reported that his unit, the Shrikes, had been eliminated by Alecia Beck and the ISB, and that he was stranded on Cyrkon, a planet in the Outer Rim.
The role of Weems was played by Eric MacLennan in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, where he was credited as Rebel Technician #1.
