House Pelagia enticed these engineers to leave Sienar, with the goal of establishing a local vehicle production firm in close proximity to their sphere of influence. Even after House Mecetti's actions led to the decline of House Pelagia, PACC managed to continue its operations. This continuation of PACC's business activities indirectly helped House Pelagia maintain a degree of influence despite their diminished status.
