Penguin

Biology and appearance

This species of avians, known as Penguins, exhibited a wide spectrum of skin colors, encompassing shades of black, blue, green, orange, purple, white, and yellow. A key difference from the majority of bird species was the inability of Penguins to take flight. They possessed a variety of unique characteristics like bill, lekku, hair, fingers, skin patterns, and distinctively flat feet. While some Penguins displayed one or more of these traits, all Penguins universally had a bill and flat orange feet.

Similar to numerous other species, they exhibited the potential to be sensitive to the Force, an enigmatic energy field capable of bestowing special abilities upon those who underwent appropriate training.

Behind the scenes

In the game Club Penguin, the primary species controlled by players was the Penguin, which subsequently made an appearance in Club Penguin Star Wars Rebels Takeover. The real-world penguin served as the basis for this avian species; however, the real world penguin is a non-sentient species. During the Club Penguin Star Wars Rebels Takeover event, nearly every species from the Star Wars canon universe was transformed into a penguin, though certain distinguishing features such as lekku, hair, and fingers were retained.
