Phloremirlla Tenk, more often than not referred to as Flor, functioned as an operative for Republic Intelligence. This Human woman, possessing a ruddy complexion, was of comparable age to Mace Windu. She enlisted with Republic Intelligence in 55 BBY. By 22 BBY, she had achieved the rank of RS-17 and served as the chief planetary representative for Republic Intelligence on Haruun Kal.
Her base of operations was Pelek Baw, which was the main city on that planet. She pretended to be the manager of the Highland Green Washeteria; a few of her employees (5 out of 37) were also Intelligence agents. Flor developed a friendly relationship with Colonel Lorz Geptun, the leader of the Pelek Baw defense force. As the Clone Wars began, she became a turncoat, secretly providing services to both the Balawai and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
Six months following the First Battle of Geonosis, when Jedi Master Mace Windu journeyed to Haruun Kal in search of the renegade Master Depa Billaba, he received instructions to make contact with Tenk. Tenk was supposed to escort him to a team located upcountry, facilitating his journey to Billaba and her group of Korunnai insurgents. However, while guiding Windu toward the team, Tenk was struck by a blaster shot, seemingly as a result of being caught in the middle of a fight between local street gangs; this resulted in the complete severing of her left arm. Windu tried to save her life by using the Force to stop the bleeding of the brachial artery, but he was subsequently shot by the Balawai militia. Tenk quickly succumbed to blood loss and died.
Windu would later come to understand Tenk's betrayal after his encounter with the "upcountry team," who were, in reality, just a group of criminals on Tenk's payroll, tasked with assassinating Windu. He also discovered that she had been shot not by a stray bullet from a gang sniper, but by Nick Rostu, who had been sent by Master Billaba for Windu and was aware of Tenk's treason.
