Baron Pitareeze, the proprietor of Pitareeze Inc., was also the grandparent of Nak Pitareeze. Furthermore, he temporarily possessed both C-3PO and R2-D2.
During the initial phase of establishing his shipbuilding enterprise, Baron Pitareeze entered into a business relationship with Olag Greck. Greck proved disloyal, pilfering the blueprints for the Pitareeze Cruiser while the Baron was asleep and subsequently manufacturing less expensive imitations. He marketed these copies as his own unique creations.
In subsequent years, Pitareeze inaugurated the Kalarba Safari, an enterprise managed by himself and his relatives. Following the malfunction of essential parts in Greck's vessels, he implored the Baron for assistance in rectifying the defects, but the Baron declined. Consequently, Olag Greck abducted the Baron's grandson, Nak Pitareeze, compelling him to repair his ships. Fortunately, the two droids thwarted Greck's scheme.
