The Pizilis system was situated within the Terr'skiar sector, which itself was a component of the Kashyyyk Region found in the Slice region of the Mid Rim. The hyperlane called the Dauntless Run provided a connection to the world of Rorgam, and the hyperspace route known as the Nightroad provided a connection for the star system to both Mytaranor and Terr'skiar.
Within the Pizilis system was a gas giant planet known as Pizilis, which had several moons in orbit around it. These moons hosted numerous small settlements, sustained by corporations originating from the worlds of Lantillies, Randon, and Rorgam.
The reference book The Essential Atlas, published in 2009 and authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, included a mention of the Pizilis system, locating it within grid square P-10.
