"Podracing Tales," a digital comic, appeared on StarWars.com on December 19, 2000. It was presented as "a special holiday treat" for enthusiasts, a joint effort by the Official Star Wars Website and Dark Horse Comics. The comic showcases eight short stories centered around the Boonta Eve Classic podracers highlighted in Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace.
