Potam
A consumable food item known as a potam was offered at the Jedi academy located on Ossus circa 40 ABY. Gokobs, rodents originating from that planet, were known for pilfering these items from the Academy's culinary facilities.
Behind the scenes
The existence of potams is alluded to in a short conversation between Jaina Solo and commando Salle Serpa within Legacy of the Force: Inferno, a novel penned by Troy Denning and published in 2007.
