This initiative involved the recruitment of Nightsisters hailing from the planet Dathomir. Dal Konur was brought on board as an instructor, but he was secretly exploiting the situation to gain access to the Moff Council.
The scheme ultimately failed when Luke Skywalker's operatives captured Dal Konur, and General Vit died during the ensuing confrontation. With Vit's demise, Project Nightsaber was terminated.
