Protas, the younger sibling of Elis, was a miner stationed on Anobis. He chose to align himself with the Galactic Empire to guarantee favorable trade relations. He lived through the entirety of the Civil War that took place on Anobis. Subsequently, Anja Gallandro persuaded him to travel to the village of Yuos with the intention of sabotaging it. Regrettably for Protas, during the operation to plant explosives with Anja and other miners, Anja neglected to disclose the locations of the detonators to him. Consequently, as he approached Yuos's residence to position a burrowing detonator near the entrance, he was caught in the blast of an explosive previously placed there by Anja just moments earlier. The resulting explosion caused his death.
