Faced with dwindling backing from the New Republic, Pwoe, the self-declared Chief of State, journeyed to the planet of Ylesia where he formalized a peace treaty with the Peace Brigade, an organization that had just established its own government.

While he was addressing the Ylesian Senate, the New Republic unexpectedly launched a raid on Ylesia; Jedi Knight Jaina Solo and General Tigran Jamiro's troops apprehended Pwoe.
