Qretu 5, situated within the Qretu system of the Inner Rim, functioned as a bacta refinement planet. During the period of the Bacta War, its allegiance was with Ysanne Isard.

The Q5A7 Bacta Refinement Plant was located on this planet, but following the Battle of Halanit, Rogue Squadron executed a retaliatory attack that destroyed it.
