Quach, a TIE fighter pilot of the male persuasion, achieved the rank of major within Grand Admiral Thrawn's Seventh Fleet. Commodore Karyn Faro noted that Quach displayed a greater enthusiasm for piloting his TIE fighter than the majority of commanders, seizing every opportunity to take to the skies.
