Quan, whose species remains a mystery, was a male who previously worked with Tyresius Lokai. He had joined Lokai and Hylo Visz in their operation to break through the Blockade of the Hydian Way. Some years after this event, Lokai, now known as Gault Rennow, sought out Quan, who was now living in retirement, as part of his search for Visz. Rennow purchased a beverage for Quan and proceeded to interrogate him regarding Visz's location. Ultimately, Rennow killing Quan, but not before discovering that Visz was in hiding on Belsavis.
