This R2 unit performed its duties within the quarantine check zone of the Baggage Claim area at the Tomorrowland Starport. His role involved overseeing the operations of freight and luggage scanning droids P-6 and S-4.
In the Tokyo Disneyland rendition of Star Tours, this same R2 unit was observed in the post-ride unloading zone, together with P-6 and S-4. Nevertheless, following the decommissioning of the latter two droids, the R2 unit was spotted solo. Ultimately, it was taken away entirely when the ride was updated to become Star Tours: The Adventures Continue.
