Quay, a name given to one of the moons orbiting Sriluur, later became the moniker for the Moon God. This deity was the primary figure in the religion of the Weequay, and consequently, the term "Weequay" itself signified "Followers of Quay." The Month of Plenty, a specific holiday, was dedicated entirely to honoring Quay.
Certain members of the Weequay population adopted the practice of venerating a child's toy that produced arbitrary responses to inquiries. Their rationale was solely based on the toy's compact, spherical, and pale appearance, which bore a superficial similarity to the moon.
