Quinze's duties in 22 ABY included serving as a Peacekeeper. In this role, Quinze upheld the laws of the Outbound Flight Colony, the governing body formed by the survivors of the Galactic Republic's Outbound Flight ship following its crash within a star cluster known as the Redoubt. During that year, the Human named Trilli informed Dillian Pressor, a fellow crew member, that Quinze, together with Perry, was tasked with guarding the Quarantine section, where the colony monitored Force-sensitive children.
Timothy Zahn included Quinze in his 2004 novel, Survivor's Quest.
