The human male was the sibling of Rake Gahree. Following the death of his brother during his desertion from the Galactic Empire in 2 BBY during the act, Wedge Antilles and Derek Klivian sought to express their sympathy to his family, including his parents and brother. However, upon their arrival, the family, consumed by vengeful rage, blamed them for the demise of Rake Gahree, with the father proclaiming that he wouldn't permit the pilots to cause the death of his remaining child. After the disagreement turned physical and Hobbie and Antilles managed to leave, Rake Gahree's brother embraced their mother, while their father remained silently in the immediate area.
