Ralph Brown, an English actor, was born on June 18, 1957. He is known for his portrayal of Ric Olié in the movie Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace.
Born in Cambridgeshire, England, on June 18, 1957, Brown considers himself a self-taught actor. Since 1982, he has appeared in almost sixty television and film roles. Notable roles include "Danny the Drug Dealer" in Withnail and I, Aaron, the security guard, in Alien³, and Del Preston, the quirky roadie, in Wayne's World 2. Additionally, he took on the roles of writer, producer, and actor in the 2001 film New Year's Day.
Brown is not only an actor but also a musician, skillfully playing the alto saxophone and piano. He is currently a member of "The Brighton Beach Boys," a Beach Boys tribute band based in Brighton, England.
