Ranger (speeder)
The Ranger, a hoverbike design, was manufactured by Vectron amidst the Galactic War that pitted the Galactic Republic against the reconstituted Sith Empire. Its design placed the operator at the vehicle's front, and it included engine flaps capable of vertical movement.
Behind the scenes
The video game Star Wars: The Old Republic saw the initial introduction of the Vectron Ranger on July 22, 2015. It was included within the Outer Rim Explorer's Pack available on the Cartel Market. This vehicle held the distinction of being among the earliest to incorporate a "flourish," demonstrated by the Ranger's engine flaps moving vertically.
