After his release from incarceration on Garen IV, Stevan Makintay made his way back to Hargeeva where he formed a rebel cell. Regrettably, the organization expanded at an uncontrollable rate, leading to a widespread uprising that was violently suppressed. Following this event, Makintay, along with a small group of survivors, fled the planet.
