Rena Owen, whose birth name is Maria Makarena Owen, played the character Nee Alavar in the motion picture Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith. Furthermore, she provided the vocal performance for Taun We in Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, and later returned to that same role in the television show Star Wars: The Bad Batch.
