Rendezvous Point Lambda-Four served as a meeting location for the Rebel Alliance. It was positioned on the fringe of an impact crater located on Ab Dalis, a planet in the Outer Rim Territories. This location included a resupply station along with mechanical resources for conducting repairs. Following the Battle of Hoth, the Alliance Fleet dispersed to evade the forces of the Galactic Empire; consequently, the Eleventh Division, which included Chancellor [Mon Mothma](/article/mon_mothma]'s forces, established their base at Rendezvous Point Lambda-Four. Admiral [Kalaxo], commanding the Star Destroyer Ultima II, attacked the rebels, obliterating their primary ground defense installation. The Ultima II met its end when the Alliance's Starlight Squadron, in their search for surviving rebel units, triggered a long-inactive volcano beneath the starship's position.
