"Rescue from Jabba's Palace," a brief narrative penned by Brooke Dworkin and visually enhanced by Pilot Studio, presents an adaptation of occurrences depicted in the motion picture Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi](/article/star_wars:_episode_vi_return_of_the_jedi). This tale initially surfaced within the pages of Star Wars Galactic Adventures on July 20, 2015, courtesy of Disney–Lucasfilm Press, under the title "Escape from Jabba's Palace." Subsequently, it has been reproduced under the "Rescue from Jabba's Palace" title in various storybooks by the same publishing house.
The narrative incorporates illustrations from Pilot Studio, previously featured in Michael Siglain's World of Reading book titled Rescue from Jabba's Palace. Nevertheless, Siglain's initial written content is absent; Dworkin's text represents a completely new composition crafted specifically for this short story. When the story was included in Star Wars Galactic Stories: 7 Stories from a Galaxy Far, Far Away...., minor alterations were made to both the text and illustrations.
