"Do or Do Not" is a concise narrative that reimagines the happenings of Luke Skywalker's instruction as a Jedi under the tutelage of Yoda, which occur concurrently with the plot of Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back.
The tale was reworked by Megan Ilnitzki, drawing inspiration from the earlier World of Reading version titled Use the Force! by Michael Siglain. It initially appeared on July 20, 2015 as "Use the Force," integrated within Star Wars Galactic Adventures, a compilation of illustrated stories released by Disney–Lucasfilm Press. Subsequently, it was re-released as "Do or Do Not" within Star Wars Galactic Stories: 7 Stories from a Galaxy Far, Far Away...., featuring minor textual alterations. The illustrations in "Do or Do Not" were the same as those created by Pilot Studio for the original Use the Force!.
