Count Rial Pernon (of the Human species and male gender) was a nobleman originating from Eiattu 6. He served aboard the Priamsta. As a youth, he was betrothed to Plourr Ilo, the daughter of his cousin Uthorrferrell Cartha, in an arranged marriage. Upon Plourr's return to Eiattu, Rial became her most dedicated advocate. He piloted a customized Z-95 Headhunter starfighter.
