Richard Bremmer, an English actor, was born on January 27, 1953. In the 2019 movie Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker, he takes on the role of a First Order officer. Specifically, he portrays a member of the First Order Supreme Council who is present during the meeting where Kylo Ren displays the head of Boolio and announces the presence of a spy inside the First Order.
Bremmer is recognized for being the original actor to embody the antagonist Lord Voldemort in the 2001 film Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
