Risha Sinan was a scientist of the Human species (specifically, a female). Prior to the Battle of Restuss and the subsequent destruction of the city, she resided in Restuss.
Sinan developed a strong interest in the region's large bark mites. Because these organisms were constantly decimating the plant life, she looked for a chemical means to deter them. Shortly before the Battle of Restuss, Sinan discovered a mutant strain of giant bark mites and paid a spacer to go to the mites' hive and gather samples of the various types.
Risha Sinan appeared as a non-player character within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts. Due to changes made to Restuss in preparation for the Battle of Restuss event, which resulted in the city's destruction, she was removed from the game on June 27, 2006. Her removal coincided with the release of Publish 29/Chapter 1 on that date. This update brought about alterations to Restuss in anticipation of the upcoming Battle of Restuss, which led to the city's demise. The game's servers were ultimately shut down on December 15, 2011.
She tasked players with a mission that involved traveling to the giant bark mite cave and eliminating a number of these creatures. Upon successful completion of this mission, players received 5,700 credits as well as either a Bubble Tank Draft Schematic or an Enhanced View Cone.
