The Risso hot springs moon, a celestial body, was recognized as a moon famous for its waters that were thermal in nature. During the year 34 ABY, Damar Olin, a smuggler, considered a trip to a spa getaway located on this moon. This consideration arose after the completion of a job he was undertaking alongside Ana Tolla, another smuggler, and her team. The purpose of this trip was to cleanse him of the grime accumulated from the planet Batuu. It held the same designation as the Inner Rim planet referred to as Risso.
The hot springs moon of Risso received a mention within the pages of A Crash of Fate, a young-adult novel released in 2019 and authored by Zoraida Córdova.
