A human male smuggler by the name of Damar Olin once partnered with Izal Garsea for a time. He ultimately crossed paths with Ana Tolla and her crew, subsequently joining their ranks.
Born into a wealthy family, Damar enjoyed the privilege of a personal driver who imparted driving skills to him. He eventually entered the smuggling world and encountered Izal Garsea. While initially trying to make it on their own, circumstances led them to join Ana Tolla's crew.
Following a crew mission, Damar found himself on Actyllon in a heavily polluted urban area. It happened to be Izzy's birthday, and he had promised a fireworks display. He forgot his promise. The crew made a stop at a cantina, but when a firefight erupted, he chose the crew's safety over Izzy's.
The crew eventually arrived at Black Spire Outpost located on Batuu. There, they encountered Izzy once more, this time delivering Pall Gopal's package for Pall Gopal. Ana Tolla warned her to stay out of their business and stop following them. Izzy retorted that she was simply fulfilling her own obligations.
Damar was later dispatched to Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities with the intention of intimidating Julen Rakab and Izzy. He extended an offer for them to join the crew, which they both declined.
Ana Tolla's assignment involved planting sodilium detonators throughout Kat Saka's farm as retribution for her refusal to sell it to powerful corporations. These devices would render the soil infertile for centuries. Damar partnered with Delta and they kidnapped Jules and Izzy. Damar escorted Jules to the farm, where he forced him to plant the explosives. They awaited Delta's arrival, only to realize she wasn't coming. Delta had secretly allied with Izzy, securing a ship with Tap and Volt to reclaim the farm. Just as the ship appeared, Jules managed to escape and stun a crew member.
Subsequently, Damar held Jules at gunpoint, but his weapon was dislodged. A scream pierced the night, and Jules seized the opportunity. He grabbed his blaster and stunned Damar.
Upon regaining consciousness, Damar discovered he was being taken to Oga Garra.
Damar Olin made an appearance in A Crash of Fate, a young-adult novel from 2019 penned by Zoraida Córdova as a component of the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge multimedia project.
