Rocket Turrets, alternatively called Rocket Towers, represented fortified weapon positions deployed across various groups. These groups spanned from the Galactic Republic to the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the Galactic Empire, and even the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Their primary strength lay in combating vehicles, with their adaptable design permitting straightforward enhancements and modifications.
Behind the scenes
The initial introduction of the Rocket Turret to the Star Wars universe occurred in the 2014 mobile game Star Wars: Commander. In this game, players had the ability to construct these emplacements to provide a defensive perimeter for their bases.
