Situated in Cinnagar, the capital city, was the Royal District. This area shared a border with the Core District and was characterized by nine golden spires. Each spire symbolized a distinct world within the Empress Teta system. These spires were positioned along the equatorial axis, carefully arranged so that the morning sun illuminated them sequentially, mirroring the orbital order of their respective star. The Tetan Royal Palace, a network of spires interconnected by short walls, was centrally located within the district.
The inhabitants of the planet maintained that the Iron Citadel was the original structure upon which the current Tetan Royal Palace was built. However, a smaller group thought that it was hidden far below the Royal District's spires, functioning as a sanctuary for the remaining Krath supporters.
