Rucklin's racer

A speedster's craft was under the control of Jace Rucklin. To reduce its mass and enhance the vessel's velocity, all systems considered "non-essential," such as the emergency escape chute, were taken out. It met its end when Rucklin, aiming for any edge, added pilfered hyperfuel to the craft without understanding the safe dosage. As a result, the vessel became a "mobile explosive," detonating shortly thereafter. Kazuda Xiono heroically saved Rucklin with the escape mechanism, risking his own well-being. Unappreciative, Rucklin, having invested all his funds in the craft, disregarded his own culpability and instead faulted Xiono, promising retribution for the racer's demise.
