During the Battle of Bastion in 28 ABY, a confrontation occurred above the planet between Yuuzhan Vong and Imperial Remnant fleet forces, which included the Star Destroyers Superior and Chimaera. The Superior met its end in this battle, while the Chimaera sustained extensive damage.
