The Scram Gang comprised a group of ruffians under the command of Gloovan gangster Scram. These thugs engaged in a brawl with Lepi smuggler Jaxxon T. Tumperakki inside a cantina situated on Rekelos, stemming from Scram's accusation that the Lepi was cheating at a sabacc game. During the altercation, Dengar, a bounty hunter present to apprehend Tumperakki, blasted the head off the gang's droid. The smuggler then vaulted over a thug and fled the cantina.
The Scram Gang made their debut in "Rabbit Hunt," a comic story featured in Star Wars Adventures Annual 2020, which was released on November 18, 2020. The narrative was penned by Cavan Scott, with illustrations by Francesco Gaston.
