Seb Arkos, also known as Arky, was a male Human Corellian rogue whose specialty was the counterfeiting of official papers and certificates. He possessed a frame that was both elevated and slender. Initially apprehended by Hal Horn, Arkos received a sentence of an unspecified duration involving strenuous work within the Spice Mines of Kessel. While on Kessel, he became a member of a faction led by Booster Terrik, who Horn had also captured and incarcerated on Kessel two years prior. Arkos subsequently broke free from Kessel and sought refuge on Darkknell, where he once more presented his skills in document fabrication. Moranda Savich attempted to procure falsified travel documents from him with the intention of disappearing from Darkknell.
