Section 7-B could be found within the Quarek'k, a sizable bar establishment situated on Coruscant not long after the Galactic Empire came to power. It was positioned between the drinking establishments known as Green Dystopia and Crimson Redrum.
During 19 BBY, Aurra Sing, a bounty hunter, made a visit to the Quarek'k as she was tracking down Jax Pavan, a former Jedi. Upon inquiring about Pavan, Sing received instructions from the bartender of the Crimson Redrum to find Calathi, who was employed at the Green Dystopia. As she proceeded toward the Green Dystopia, three intoxicated customers accosted her. A brief altercation unfolded, resulting in Sing using her lightsaber to kill two of the patrons—a Shistavanen and an Utai—while the Zabrak who was inebriated had his hand seared shut.
