Piers Roddance, holding the rank of Lieutenant, was an official within this organization. After a bombing attempt occurred in Westhills on Lothal, he interrogated Zare Leonis at the ministry about the event. Subsequently, acting in his official role within the ministry, he supervised the massacre of demonstrating agricultural workers.
