Sequencer charge

Sequencer charges, employed as weaponry during the era of the Galactic Civil War, featured two operational modes: manual and automatic. When set to automatic, the charge functioned similarly to a land mine; conversely, the manual setting enabled its use as a detonation pack.

These sequencer charges, with their concentrated explosive force, were frequently used to initiate cascading failures within power generation facilities. Positioning one of these charges on a exhaust port or at a power junction point could trigger the detonation of the power core, resulting in a substantial shockwave that extended several kilometers. The ultimate range of the explosion was contingent upon the power core's energy output. When deployed against opposing soldiers, the optimal tactical approach involved placing the charge around corners, thereby targeting enemies as they turned. The device possessed the ability to adhere to any surface and maintained functionality even when submerged. Kyle Katarn highlighted the destructive potential of the sequencer charge through his successful obliteration of the Imperial mining installation located on Gromas 16, in addition to the dark trooper robotics lab situated on Anteevy, and the starship Arc Hammer itself.
